Apples are provided by our family at
Seneca Orchards in Seneca Castle, NY.
Then processed by Gansz Farm Cider Mill in Lyons, NY.
Our cider is unique because its UV treated, not fermented. The UV processing foregoes the heating of traditional pasteurization. Instead of heat, a UV light is used to kill any harmful bacteria. This non-thermal process is approved by the FDA and has long been used for treating bottled drinking water. It leaves the Cider tasting crisp and fresh! Nothing extra, just apples!
